Pumpkin Bread


This is a Fall staple in my house. Both of my kids LOVE it and so do I. This particular loaf was made for parent training night at London Bridges.

Pumpkin Bread

*2 cups Sugar

*1 cup vegetable oil

*3 eggs

*2 cups canned pumpkin

*1 teaspoon cinnamon

*1 teaspoon nutmeg

*3 cups flour

*1/2 teaspoon salt

*1/2 teaspoon baking powder

* 1 teaspoon baking soda

*1 teaspoon cloves

Mix together sugar, oil. Add eggs 1 at a time, then add the pumpkin. Mix well. Then add dry ingredients.

Bake at 325 for 1 hour in 2 well greased loaf pans.
