Pancakes....

This is a staple in my house. It is not the first time that I have made them and it will not be the last.

1 1/2 cups flour

1 1/2 cups sour milk (to sour milk add 1 Tablespoon vinegar to the milk)

1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

3/4 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

Warm griddle or use a frying pan on the stove. Turn when the pancake is brown on the bottom and bubbles. The pancake should hold its form a little when you lift the edge. If it does not, it needs to cook a little longer.
